Brendan C. Dalton is a Georgia-licensed family law attorney with more than a decade of experience providing flat-fee legal representation to clients across the state. Brendan is the founding attorney of Flat Fee Family Law and his practice focuses on divorce and legitimation, with additional experience assisting clients with child support and custody modifications, as well as final family-court hearings. He is known for providing clear guidance, practical strategy, and transparent pricing throughout the legal process.

Brendan brings a strong litigation background to his family law practice. Early in his career, he successfully litigated complex matters against large law firms on behalf of citizen groups in high-stakes municipal bond cases, as well as in criminal defense matters. That experience shaped his approach to advocacy — emphasizing thorough preparation, strategic thinking, and a steady courtroom presence — skills he now applies to family law cases where outcomes can have a lasting impact on clients and their children.

After years working within traditional law-firm models, Brendan chose to focus his practice on family law and to offer flat-fee services as an alternative to unpredictable hourly billing. He understands that family law clients are often navigating stressful, emotionally charged situations and deserve both strong legal representation and financial clarity. His flat-fee approach allows clients to understand the scope of representation and the cost of services upfront, without surprises.

A lifelong Georgia resident, Brendan is committed to helping clients move forward with confidence by providing straightforward legal advice, realistic expectations, and diligent representation in Georgia family courts.
